Heidi Hoover works with business owners to define their goals and establish plans to achieve those goals.
Before starting her own company Heidi spent nearly 20 years in the corporate world in a variety of senior positions. She has experience in various aspects of business management including planning, sales, marketing, product management, training, and customer service and customer loyalty. She has extensive experience in telecommunications and service industries from start up phases through the growth and sustainment phases.
Heidi decided to leave the corporate world to focus on her own community. She believes by helping entrepreneurs and executives grow and become more profitable, the whole community prospers. She particularly enjoys helping business owners recapture their vision for their business, and developing specific measurable tactics to achieve that vision.
Heidi’s primary strengths are entrepreneurial start-up efforts, brand development and customer strategies. Heidi also has extensive experience in business process outsourcing She has a strong passion for working with businesses to develop new and creative ways to integrate the customer focus through out all business processes whether performed internally or through outsourced providers.
Heidi is an accredited associate of the Institute for Independent Business – a non-profit dedicated to helping independent businesses throughout the world.
