Advisor's Biography
Dr. James McCain graduated from Kent State University and spent the next 15 years as a Professor at the State University of New York (SUNY). He authored many publications and was a frequently-sought speaker at local, national and international meetings. Dr. McCain has consulted to nearly 450 different businesses.
Dr. McCain's core experience include: re-engineering processes, building self-sustaining teams, ISO, instituting quality improvement programs. assessing business operations for performance constraints and implementing practical solutions, improving organizational capabilities and gross profits, formulating and implementing action plans, and controlling and cutting costs.
Dr. McCain's industry experience include: automotive, high-technology, manufacturing, finance and insurance, retail, wholesale, distribution, restaurants.
